The Houston SPCA is once again in the spotlight as a contender for the prestigious Houston Chronicle’s Best of the Best Community Choice Awards. With a reputation for excellence, the Best of the Best Awards celebrate Houston’s finest businesses, spanning over 100 categories.
Having upheld this tradition for the past five years, the nomination round runs from March 25th to April 8th. This initial phase allows supporters to nominate their favorites. From there, the top five nominees will advance to the final voting round, which will occur from May 13th to May 28th. It’s crucial to note that this marks the last opportunity for audience participation.
The top three finalists in each category will be invited to attend the illustrious Best of the Best Awards ceremony, where the ultimate winners will be unveiled. This year, the Houston SPCA has been nominated for not just one but two esteemed categories, Best Nonprofit, and Best Veterinarian, showcasing our Pet Wellness Clinic.
For a century, the Houston SPCA has remained a beacon of compassion and dedication to animal welfare in our community. Last year, we proudly clinched the title of Best Nonprofit, and this year, we’re rallying our supporters once more to help us secure victory in both categories.
