Current assessment and personality: Vermont is a sweet mare that arrived to us on transfer from another rescue organization. She is very green broke under saddle and will require a confident, patient rider to help teach her the basics. She does not seem to enjoy arena work, so we feel she might be best suited as a trail horse prospect.
