Current assessment and personality: On the ground Vesta is mellow and laidback. She is very content standing tied, and doesn't much care if you are working on or around her! You would never guess she is in her upper teens watching her under saddle. While riding she is typically spirited and eager to move. Vesta will do best with an experienced rider who is comfortable in both correcting, and establishing a set pace. During her time with us she has proven to be very brave and willing, and has yet to back down from any given task. Vesta has been rode on trails and has walked through our pond!
