NOW TREATING Common Illnesses
At this time, we do not offer veterinary care for injured or extremely ill pets, nor do we provide spaying or neutering services.
Houston SPCA Veterinary ClinicName: Reno
Animal ID: 574684
Gender: Gelding
Age: 3 years old
Breed: Pony
Height: 9.3hh
Adoption Fee: $500
Location: Houston
Adopter experience needed: Intermediate
Training level: Halter Broke
Current assessment and personality: Reno came into our care as a feral stallion and has since made a complete 180. He is becoming more social everyday and shows willingness to want to continue to learn. He was recently castrated in our care so he is not suitable to be turned out around mares at this time, but might potentially be in the future. He is currently getting along well with our more timid geldings. Reno would make a good companion for a gelding or even the potential to make a great cart horse with more training. He does best with consistency and daily handling/catching.
