Breed: Thoroughbred
Height: 14.3hh
Adoption Fee: $300
Location: Hempstead

Current assessment and personality: Netty is a very well mannered young mare. She is easy to handle on the ground, stands great for the farrier, & loves being groomed. She is seeking a companion only home at this time and it is very adamant that she does not get ridden. She gets along very well with other horses and is extremely timid. We cannot say enough good things about this mare and her easy going demeaner at such a young age. If you are looking for an easy going horse to love on and connect with, Netty may be for you!
Potential: Companion/Pasture Pet ONLY
Health/lameness: Has shown intermittent lameness in her left front leg. Upon veterinary exam, we found she has arthritis in her left knee as well as well as other areas of discomfort that make her not a candidate for a riding horse. She is currently pasture sound.
