Houston SPCA Hosts a Successful Pet Vaccine Clinic in Acres Home!

(November 10, 2024)

On November 4th, our pet vaccine clinic in Acres Home was a resounding success, with 397 pets receiving the essential care they needed. Through our partnership with Harris County Constable Precinct 1, we were able to provide a crucial service to our community. The event not only provided vital vaccinations for pets but also included a gesture of goodwill as every attendee was gifted a complimentary bag of Hills food.

None of this would have been possible without the dedicated support of our volunteers, who tirelessly dedicated their time and efforts to ensure the seamless execution of the clinic. We thank the Vet Tech Institute of Houston, the University of Houston Downtown, and Target Hunger Houston for their invaluable contributions and unwavering support. Their commitment to the welfare of our community is commendable, and we are grateful for their partnership in making this event a success.

As we wrap up this memorable day, we look forward to continuing to support and nurture the bond between pets and their families. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve our community and remain committed to providing continued support and care in the days to come. With the success of this clinic, we reaffirm our belief in the power of collective action and the impact it can have on the lives of those we hold dear—our pets and the people they bring joy to.
