Houston SPCA’s 2024 Howl-O-Ween Ball Raffle

This remarkable piece from the de Boulle Collection features 7.90 carat pendeloque pink tourmaline. The pink tourmaline, renowned for its rich and vibrant hue, exudes a captivating glow, making it a focal point of the necklace. OFFICIAL RULES AND DETAILS:

-This raffle benefitting Houston SPCA’s 2024 Howl-O-Ween Ball is only open to legal US residents 21 years or older within the Houston SPCA’s service area. This includes the following Counties: Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Harris, Liberty, Galveston, Grimes, Montgomery, Waller, and San Jacinto.

-A maximum of 250 entries will be sold.

-Only official ticket entries are eligible for the drawing. No facsimiles are permitted.

-Tickets are $100 each and may be purchased in the following manner:

-Online: https://one.bidpal.net/2024howloweenball/browse/featured(details:item/92). All online tickets must be placed by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, to be eligible.

-In Person: Houston SPCA, 7007 Old Katy Road, Houston, TX 77024. Entries are accepted Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. until Wednesday, October 23, 2024.

-At Houston SPCA’s 2023 Howl-O-Ween Ball: Friday, October 25, 2024, from 6:30 – 9:00 p.m.

-The prize is An exquisite de Boulle Collection 18K White Gold Necklace set with a 7.90 carat Double Rose Cut Briolette Pink Tourmaline pendant with 0.88 carats of round brilliant cut diamonds set on the
chain.

-Winner will be determined in a random drawing to be held at Houston SPCA’s 2024 Howl-O-Ween Ball on Friday, October 25, 2024 at approximately 9:15 p.m. in the Houston SPCA Rescue Arena.

-Winner need not be present to win and will be notified by phone if not present.

-Winner has 10 days to pick up the item after the drawing. Winner will accept the item “as is.”

-Two alternate names will be selected. Alternates, in the order selected will be awarded the prize in the event the first winner does not timely claim the prize.

-Entry into the raffle constitutes permission for Houston SPCA to use the winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes.

-All decisions concerning the raffle made by Houston SPCA are final.

-The retail value of the prize ($10,000) has been determined by the donor and has not been independently appraised by Houston SPCA.

-The prize will be awarded and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitutions are allowed.

-WINNER AGREES THAT HOUSTON SPCA IS NEITHER RESPONSIBLE NOR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY; REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW RELATIVE TO THE PRIZE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ITS QUALITY, CONDITION, OR FITNESS. THE DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIZE IS SOLELY THAT OF THE DONOR.

-This raffle and Houston SPCA’s 2024 Howl-O-Ween Ball is a benefit for Houston SPCA, a 501(c)3 organization. Funds raised by the Howl-O-Ween Ball are used to support Houston SPCA’s mission, programs, and services.
