Houston SPCA’s 2021 Howl-O-Ween Ball Raffle

The prize is a pair of exquisite drop earrings custom-designed a created by Franco Valobra of Valobra Master Jewelers specifically for the Houston SCPA’s 2021 Howl-O-Ween Ball. These earrings feature 25.0 carats of oval cut teal amethysts in 18KT white gold, 25.0 carats of oval cut citrines in 18KT yellow gold and 30.0 carats of pear-shaped deep purple amethysts surrounded by a halo of 1.36 carats of pink sapphire in 18KT rose gold, each connected by round-cut white diamonds weighing 0.25 carats.

OFFICIAL RULES AND DETAILS:

  • This raffle benefitting Houston SPCA’s 2021 Howl-O-Ween Ball is only open to legal US residents 21 years or older within the Houston SPCA’s service area. This includes the following Counties: Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Harris, Liberty, Galveston, Grimes, Montgomery, Waller, and San Jacinto.
  • A maximum of 200 entries will be sold.
  • Only official ticket entries are eligible for the drawing. No facsimiles are permitted.
  • Tickets are $100 each and may be purchased in the following manner:
    • Online: https://houstonspca.ticket.qtego.net/tickets/list. All online tickets must be placed by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 28, 2021 to be eligible.
    • In Person: Houston SPCA, 7007 Old Katy Road, Houston, TX 77024. Entries are accepted Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. until Thursday, October 28, 2021.
    • At Houston SPCA’s 2021 Howl-O-Ween Ball: Friday, October 29, 2021 from 6:30 – 9:00 p.m.

  • Winner will be determined in a random drawing to be held at Houston SPCA’s 2021 Howl-O-Ween Ball on Friday, October 29, 2021 at 9:30 p.m. in the Houston SPCA Rescue Arena.
  • Winner need not be present to win and will be notified by phone if not present.
  • Winner has 10 days to pick up the earrings after the drawing. Winner will accept earrings “as is.”
  • Two alternate names will be selected. Alternates, in the order selected will be awarded the prize in the event the first winner does not timely claim the prize.
  • Entry into the raffle constitutes permission for Houston SPCA to use the winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes.
  • All decisions concerning the raffle made by Houston SPCA are final.
  • The retail value of the prize ($12,500) has been determined by the donor and has not been independently appraised by Houston SPCA.
  • The prize will be awarded and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitutions allowed.
  • WINNER AGREES THAT HOUSTON SPCA IS NEITHER RESPONSIBLE NOR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY; REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW RELATIVE TO THE EARRINGS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ITS QUALITY, CONDITION, OR FITNESS. THE DESCRIPTION OF THE EARRINGS AND [THEIR MAKEUP] [THEIR COMPONENTS] [THEIR DETAILS] [THEIR MATERIALS] IS SOLELY THAT OF THE DONOR.
  • This raffle and Houston SPCA’s 2021 Howl-O-Ween Ball is a benefit for Houston SPCA, a 501(c)3 organization. Funds raised by the Howl-O-Ween Ball are used to support Houston SPCA’s mission, programs, and services.
  • Void where prohibited by law.
