Why Photos and Video Matter
While we welcome all reports, cases that include photos and video allow us to respond more effectively and will be given priority. Visual evidence helps our investigators:
If possible, please include clear photos or videos of the animal and the animal’s environment when submitting your report. These visuals significantly improve our ability to help animals in distress.

When filing a report, be as detailed as possible:
